Jamie Rajotte-Tremblay holds over 17 years of experience in the field of human resource management in a variety of industries, including life science, telecommunications, engineering and retail. As a Human Resource Generalist, she has experience in all areas of the HR function to include leadership, strategic partnership, employee development and technical recruiting with early-stage and high-growth companies. Jamie brings a solid understanding of payroll, benefits and staffing, which add to her depth of HR knowledge.  She has built global support organizations, developed human resource policies and infrastructure, created employee development programs and played key roles in start-up acquisitions by larger companies.

 

Jamie has been a member of the National Human Resource Association since 1997, and held various positions at the National and Local level to include President for the National Human Resources Association.  Jamie was awarded Member of the Year in 2007.  Jamie is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, NHLaborNet, Boston Recruiters, and various HR organizations.
